Security Notice: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
10. User Account Passwords
For security, Mcarthur Digital user passwords are:
- Generated automatically by our internal secure password generator and sent only to the user's registered email address.
- Visible only to the user; Mcarthur Records Ltd employees cannot see user passwords or access user accounts.
- Not retrievable by Mcarthur Records Ltd; lost passwords require users to request a new password via official support channels.
- Password reset emails include guidance for maintaining account security.
- Stored securely using strong encryption and inaccessible to internal staff.
11. Content Ownership & Warranties
Users uploading content warrant that they own or control all necessary rights, including sound recording rights, publishing rights, and mechanical rights. Users agree that submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights.
12. Distribution Authorization
