By submitting content through Mcarthur Digital, users grant Mcarthur Records Ltd a non-exclusive right to distribute, monetize and administer the content across digital platforms and territories selected by the user.
Royalty reports are generated based on data received from digital service providers. Payment schedules, thresholds, and deductions (if applicable) are governed by separate distribution agreements.
All releases are subject to quality control (QC), metadata validation and compliance review. Mcarthur Records Ltd reserves the right to reject, delay or remove content that violates platform policies or applicable law.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mcarthur Records Ltd from claims, damages, or losses arising from uploaded content or breach of these Terms.
Mcarthur Records Ltd shall not be liable for platform takedowns, territorial restrictions, or third-party enforcement actions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Mcarthur Digital constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
